When an uptight politician walks in on his sexually frustrated housewife’s seduction of a handsome modern artist, an absurd and hilarious battle of machismo and mind games ensues, all before dinner with the in-laws.
This is the first feature film for female director Jean Lee who has been called “the most adventurous downtown playwright of her generation” by the New York Times and “one of the best experimental playwrights in America” by Time Out New York.
The film has already been nominated for a number of awards and has won first place for Best Foreign Film at the Downtown Film Festival LA and Best Comedy at the Milan International Film Festival.
